People Speak Up - Ffwrnes Fach Activity

It’s a place to come and have a coffee with friends, we have met people our own age who understand that as you get older, you need the company of your own generation.
My mental health is considerably better. I don’t feel isolated or lonely anymore. I have more direction in terms of my career, it worked for me both socially and professionally.
It's given me motivation to do more than I was. I think it's helped my confidence; I have met new friends. I'm volunteering now too, which has been great.
