A space for those on a dementia journey to come together and connect through sharing stories, art, music, movement, chatting and a cuppa!

Elevenses is for those who live with Dementia as well as carers / family members to come along to if they wish.

We run a range of activities including arts and crafts, music, movement and dancing, storytelling, games, ceramics, singing and sometimes guest speakers.

People Speak Up is a lifeline for my mother and our family, we would be lost without it.
