Forget-Me-Not Chorus - Llanelli
Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, Forget-Me-Not charity chorus is now expanding to our home in Llanelli.
For people living with dementia and those who care for them, finding activities that bring joy, connection and support can make a real difference. Forget-me-not Chorus offers exactly that through four free community choirs in Wales, welcoming people into a space full of music, laughter and friendship.
Each two-hour session begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by plenty of singing, movement and a tea and chat break. No previous singing experience is needed as music is taught by ear, and everyone is encouraged to join in at their own pace. Family members and friends sing alongside their loved ones, creating a supportive and uplifting environment for everyone impacted by dementia. Please contact Forget-Me-Not Chorus to find out more.
