Shadows - Coffee and Mental Health Support Drop In

Shadows are based in Ammanford and support anyone aged 16+ experiencing Mental Health Difficulties, or supporting someone with Mental Health Difficulties.

In January Shadows will be partnered with VAWDA (Violence Against Women and Domestic Abuse).

Shadows is a confidential, friendly, supportive setting, where great support friendships are made.
