Back by popular demand, we are hosting a Silent Disco session for free for adults at Carmarthenshire Living Well Centre.

Led by Dr B Creative and Beth Ryland these fun sessions are a great way to get together and move in a fun environment. Plus dance to some of your favorite songs without.

This event is free. If you are bringing a group, please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have enough headsets for that session and we can support you and your group.
