There are also four disabled parking spaces outside of the main building and one to the left hand side.

Entering the building


Turn the handle and pull the door towards you. If you need assistance, the receptionist can see you through the window and will come and open it for you. Alternatively, let us know in advance what time you will be arriving, and we will come and meet you.
You will enter the reception area. The receptionist will show you where to go for your session and ask you to sign in and out when you leave so we know who is in the building.


Activity Spaces
There are two Meeting rooms / activity spaces, just off the reception area.
Meeting Room 1
This room is carpeted and has movable tables and chairs. It has a single width door with a pane of glass.

Meeting Room 2
It has a single width door with a pane of glass.
There are large windows at one end of the room with natural light.
We have portable hearing loop systems which can be used in any of the activity areas.

Assistance Dogs
Assistance Dogs and Emotional Support Dogs are welcome in all public areas of the building.

Toilet Facilities
There are male and female toilets, with a baby change in the female toilet just off the reception area.
The accessible toilet is in the Main building. It has grab rails to assist transfer from a wheelchair, and toilet seat in a contrasting colour to the background surfaces and an emergency pull cord.

Attending a Session
When you are attending a session, please let staff if you would like to use the accessible facilities. There is a shorter, covered route that they can open up and escort you through instead of going round the outside and through the front doors of the Main building.
Alternatively, enter the front doors to the Main building.

The main building has double automatic doors which open to a reception desk. The toilet is straight ahead, through a second set of automatic doors.


To leave the Main building, press the button to open the doors or ask at the reception desk for assistance.

Emergency Evacuation
The primary evacuation route is through the main front entrance.
Visitors who may need assistance should complete a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) with a staff member on arrival.
