Volunteering

We have a number of volunteers who help support delivery our activity across Carmarthenshire. Our team of volunteers help support our staff and freelancers to delivery activities in our Llanelli and Carmarthenshire hubs as well as some of our events across Carmarthenshire.

Who can volunteer for PSU?

Volunteering is open to everyone. We are committed to embracing diversity and promoting equality and inclusion.

We aim to keep the application process easy through a simple application form and informal conversation.

Volunteers will be invited to meet us so we can assess their needs, suitability and skills and match them with appropriate opportunities.

If the volunteer is not suitable for the role they apply for we aim to try and signpost them to other opportunities in the community.

For some roles, we may require a DBS disclosure check and ask to obtain references.
