We have some exciting news. We now are delivering arts, health and wellbeing activities at a second venue inā¦Carmarthen.
We are collaborating with 14 service support organisations to bring together a facility to support the Carmarthen community, the Carmarthenshire Living Well Centre, Park Dewi Sant, in Carmarthen.
The centre will host an array of primary care health, third sector and support services ranging from mental health, dementia and carer support to information and advice, education, arts and exercise classes, amongst other activities, but providing clients and visitors with a coordinated and joined up approach that empowers the individual.
Co-ordinated by Planed, the development of the Living Well Centre came from a response to public demands for better coordination of services, and a willingness from multiple delivery partners to share resources and co-locate in Carmarthen.
An open day to mark the official launch of the Living Well Centre is being held on December 5th, and will showcase the services and support from existing partners including Age Cymru Dyfed, Crossroads Carers Trust, Coleg Sir Gar Multiply Project, People Speak Up, The Cae, Shadows, and Foothold Cymru, amongst many others.

Thursday - 1pm-2.30pm
Starting 4 December
