People Speak Up is right in the heart of Llanelli town centre and is within walking distance of three car parks, Llanelli s main bus station and the train station is only a 15 minute walk away. We are the 2nd chapel next to the main Ffwrnes Theatre. Below you will see some additional information on how to get to People Speak Up.

Getting here by Car:
From the East: From the M4 follows the A4138 towards Llanelli Town Centre. At Trostre roundabout take the 5th exit onto the A484, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit continuing on the A484. Once you get to the next roundabout you will see the Travel Lodge in front of you, take the 3rd exit into the East Gate car park. If you re using a SatNav please use SA15 3YF as this will take you straight to East Gate car park.

From Carmarthen (West): From Carmarthen follow the A484 towards Llanelli. Once you get into Llanelli Town Centre bear left at the traffic lights at Gelli-Onn (this is just after Hall Street Church) then take the right hand lane. At the next traffic lights at top of the hill bear right onto Thomas Street, this will take you behind the Ffwrnes. At the roundabout take the 4th exit into the East Gate car park.

Parking:
Short Stay - There is chargeable short term parking at East Gate car park between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.

4 Hours maximum stay is currently 2.00. Parking is free overnight between 6pm and 8am and all day Sunday.

It’s possible to use the Mipermit app on your phone to pay for your parking in advance or at the time of arrival. Please note, this does not guarantee you a space.
According to Carmarthenshire County Council - Monday and Tuesday 10am-4pm is free but this may change. Please check Mipermit, Carmarthenshire Council or the Pay and Display machines in the car park on these days for updates.

Long Stay There are two chargeable long term car parks within 500 meters of the Ffwrnes, these being:
Edgar Street Car Park near Old Road surgery. Postcode for this car park is SA15 3HW.
Church Street Car Park near Vauxhall Surgery (please note that there are only a limited number of long stay bays). Postcode for this car park is SA15 3BD.

Getting here by Coach and Bus:
Llanelli s main bus station is adjacent to the Ffwrnes. National Express operates services into Llanelli and there are extensive local bus services.
