From the East (M4):
Follow the A4138 towards Llanelli Town Centre. At Trostre roundabout take the 5th exit onto the A484. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit to remain on the A484. At the next roundabout (Travelodge ahead) take the 3rd exit into East Gate car park. For SatNav use SA15 3YF for East Gate.

From Carmarthen (West):
Take the A484 to Llanelli. At Gelli-Onn lights bear left, then take the right-hand lane. At the next lights (top of the hill) bear right onto Thomas Street, going behind the Ffwrnes. At the roundabout take the 4th exit into East Gate car park.

Short stay (East Gate):
Charged 8am–6pm, Mon–Sat. 4-hour max currently £2. Free 6pm–8am and all day Sunday.

Llanelli’s main bus station is adjacent to the Ffwrnes Theatre. National Express serves Llanelli and there are extensive local routes (First Cymru).

Regular services to Llanelli (Great Western Railway and Transport for Wales).
The station is a 15-minute walk from People Speak Up.

From the East: From the M4 head to Carmarthen and head onto the A40. After passing B&Q, head onto A40 and take a left B4312 for Llansteffan/ Johnstown but take the B4312 to St Clears on to Job's Well Road. Keep going through the traffic lights and you will start heading up the hill. Just before University of Saint David's Carmarthen, there will be a turning on left hand side and sign posts for Parc Dewi Sant. 

As you enter through the gates of Parc Dewi Sant (do not take first left to breathing well centre) continue up hill and turn left/ signposted Building 1. Follow signs to Living Well Centre. If you pass the chapel, you have gone too far!

From St Clears and West Wales: Follow the A40 towards Carmarthen. Before Carmarthen and B&Q, take a left B4312 for Llansteffan/Johnstown. Follow Ffordd Pendre, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Ffordd Pendre. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Ffordd Pendre. At the last roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Ffordd Pendre. Then take a right leading to Park Dewi Sant.

Free parking is available for visitors on the Parc Dewi Sant site. Spaces can be limited during peak hours, so please allow a little extra time.

Carmarthen Bus Station is approximately a 12–15 minute walk from Parc Dewi Sant. Regular local routes serve the town from Llanelli, Ammanford, Llandeilo, Cross Hands and surrounding areas.

Carmarthen Railway Station is around a 15–20 minute walk away. Taxis are available from outside the station, and several local bus routes connect via the town centre.
