Creative Home Delivery Service

An arts and health service for older people across Carmarthenshire. We take referrals from our partners at  Connecting Carmarthenshire and match them with a processional PSU facilitator an artist. 

Creative Home Delivery Service is an arts and health home delivery service for older people living in Carmarthenshire who are currently receiving, or are at risk of needing, domiciliary care. The project is led by People Speak Up (PSU) and supported by Carmarthenshire Council, Hywel Dda Health Board, Connecting Carmarthenshire, Pobl and Nacro and aims to improve mental health, wellbeing and physical health, and to reduce loneliness and isolation by providing creative activities in the home.
