Are you an artist, poet, author, spoken word artist, storyteller or someone with a passion to deliver creative activities...
We work with a range of diverse artists who work with our communities and participants.
We truly believe and see the power of creativity, arts, writing and storytelling can have on our community and the impact it can have with their health and mental wellbeing.
We deliver activities 6 days a week at our home at People Speak Up, Arts, Health & Wellbeing Hub and three days a week at Carmarthenshire Living Well Centre in Carmarthen. We also deliver one to one activity for those who live in rural isolation and also at care homes and at events across West Wales.
We are always interested in supporting our local community of artists and providing opportunities for them to deliver their passion to our community groups. Whether you are a storyteller, spoken word artist, poet, writer, visual artist, painter, singer or another creativity you would like to share with young people, adults, older people, carers or cared for, please get in touch.
We are keen to hear from artists from underrepresented communities including those who self-identify as global majority, working class backgrounds, women, LGBTQIA, disabled people and people with care experience all of whom are currently underrepresented.

We would like to meet more Welsh Speaking Artists who are interested in working with us, and interested in using their creativity, poetry, visual arts, spoken word, creative writing or similar artform skills to help support our deliver in Welsh to our local community.
PSU is based in Llanelli and Carmarthen, and we use arts and creativity to help support mental-health, wellbeing and bring our communities together. We would like to hear from facilitators and artists who might not be known to us and are Welsh speakers especially to support our work. Introduce yourselves on this thread or send us an email to eshaw@peoplespeakup.co.uk
