Swansea Voices

A project that has been commissioned by The Live Well and Age Well department of Swansea City and County Council.

A digital storytelling project to bring together the young and older people of Swansea. To create an understanding of Dementia and to explore issues around being young and old, to learn from each other and to celebrate those moments through finding and telling our stories.

Project 1
Storytellers David Pitt & Eleanor Shaw are working with Bishopston Primary and Newton Court Care Home in March 2019 on a series of shadow puppetry workshops to develop communication and create a sense of togetherness.

Project 2
Storytellers Phil Ockwedy & Eleanor Shaw are working with Pontardulais Comprehensive & The Hollies care home on a series of life story workshops to create a better understanding of what it feels like to be young and old .
